Done / Completed Blade Runner 2049 blaster replacement metal Cylinder ** Production OVER **

Downfall did you get your issues resolved? Billy Pilgrim
I did. Paid for it in May 2019 and received it in February 2024.

I only got it because I started messaging him about it over messenger. And even that took a long time....4 months.

The parts do look great, I will say that, but in terms of the experience I would not recommend. I was honestly surprised I even received it in the end. I don't know how many times he told me it was going to be sent out over the years I waited.

Cool. Glad you finally got it. Not trying to moderate lol, just trying to help make sure everyone in this thread has been taken care of.

I don't have my list at the moment, but didn't you get refunded?

There shouldn't be anyone left. I've sent out all that I had on my list. I have a small stock left which is why they're still available.
Hello,

Do you still have some in stock ?

I'm interested in a machine finished one.

Thank you !

Would both the barrel and cylinder work on the Paragon FX Elite Blaster? My understanding is that these are effectively the same as the Tomenosuke. I'd be interested in one of each if they would work.

chanson8118 I have a paragonFX blaster I am going to modify once I receive Ted's barrel and cylinder. I'll let you know once I receive it. Ted said he was shipping out both blued parts soon so I can let you know how it works out once I receive them.
My nephew wants to be Deckard for Halloween and for a con, so super excited to get this project wrapped up for him. I'll probably end up illuminating the green leds as well.
I should have the answer for you in two weeks as long as everything works out! (It should be exactly the same as the Tomun, where you have to cut the resin barrel and file it flat.

Hi Everyone,

Well, I'm officially sold out of the cylinders. I want to thank everyone for everything while I dealt with things and got these done.

I'm probably going to make more, but not for a bit. If/when I make more cylinders, I'll let the community know. Until then, I no have, no ask.

I am however in the process of making some metal parts for the Anders 3D printed blaster, because mine fell and the resin broke... while also moving to a new apartment this week, while being slammed at work, learning app development for work and building a 1/8 scale RC WW2 war bird... because I have nothing better to do and I've been left unsupervised for way too long. Not my fault.

The cylinders are beautiful!! What metal parts for the Anders blaster are you making?
Thank you very much. When people really appreciate what I make and let me know, it really goes a long way. It's another type of validation for all the hours spent working on them and taking the time to do things right instead of pushing through because people have been waiting.

The barrels I've been making since Anders released the files. This month, I've started on the cylinder and the swing arm that holds it, the inner and outer handles as well as the butt plate. The plan is to offer a fully machined billet metal kit as well as a more economic kit where some parts are metal while the rest are 3D resin printed. I'm also going to offer some special 1 of 1 editions that'll be completely built metal blasters as well as some limited edition kits.

I'm also working on a different type of switch for the blaster that'll do away with that typical slide mechanism.

Your work is amazing. I haven't started yet at replacing my Tomenosuke cylinder yet but that's my goal to start right at the start of 2025! I'd be in for an Anders upgrade kit when available :))

Thank you. I appreciate the kind words. I'm going to start on the parts when I have some free time when we close at work for Christmas holiday until January 7th. The full metal Anders kit will be a while before it's available, but parts will be available leading up to the full kit release. It's not going to be cheap though. I'll do my best to make it not really expensive, but it's all going to depend on how long it'll take to machine everything cost of materials for the parts along with the fixtures needed to hold things for the machining.

Wow so amazing!! Finally something developed by a maker that will render the Tomenosuke obsolete - loving it!!! Following this thread - what a treat! :)
