New model for OWK three holes saber... (New pics on pg 13. 11-17-2024)

Another option would be to drill it out, meaning to destroy the one that is stuck but once it’s removed replace it with a new one.

I would first let it soak in some penetrating oil over night

Another trick I have used in the past is using the eraser on the end of a pencil, applying pressure with that to unscrew it

If you could post some pictures of it close up to confirm it’s sitting flush, I find it hard to believe if it’s sitting flush it’s cross threaded..

Another thing you could do is go to the hardware store, get a rubber spacer (cylinder) and run a bolt through that with some washers.

Insert that into the bezel, and tighten it down with a nut, this squishes and tightened the rubber spacer inside the bezel

Then try and spin the bolt with a wrench to break it free

Here’s a quick diagram

Could always use a thick piece of rubber on top of the bezel and hold it down are hard as you can with your thumb and try and spin it that way

Thank you again. I'll find the way to free the bezel and collar.

I can attest to the bezels being tricky. Getting them to fully thread in was pretty difficult, even with lubricant, and even when lightly screwing in all the parts at once to ensure alignment. There were some close calls and stressful moments.

Thank you for all the support, but the bezel and accent pieces are still stuck on their place despite using all the solutions you have presented. It is as if they're superglued on and I never used glue at all.

Perhaps I may have screwed down both parts while assembling it, yet I still wonder if the thread is damaged and cross threaded.

I am really sorry for bringing this up multiple times.

Did you try what Halliwax diagrammed? That seems like the last bet without having to replace the bezel if one is obtainable.

Here's an idea to add but I want others' input before you try it please. What about using a tooth lock washer in place of the washer inside the hilt? The tooth marks would be hidden but give some extra grab, right?

Now that that bezel is out the red button thread/spacer should come out easier, give that stinka a try by hand first
