Female Pred Costume Wip

This was my #1 inspiration when I first built my Lady Predator.

There were only one or two things about it I didn't like... overall it was right on with what I wanted to begin with.

it's evolved somewhat from this over time :)

Honestly I really do like the morph suit. After this past weekend watching my Fiance sweat to death and literally faint from heat exhaustion wearing the latex suit he ended up ditching his latex on Saturday night and quickly painted himself a morph suit like mine for the Con on Sunday and was MUCH more comfortable.

I really like the female pred skin that Pete Mander produced a few years ago. The detail--especially on the back--was amazing. But more than likely I'm going to be sticking with my morph suit for the forseeable future.

I presume its quite hot where you are and its hot here in spain so Im trying to make my girlfriends costume ass cool as posible. Im going to cut it just below the knees and below the elbows im also cutting out the armpits and putting in cotten mesh to add some ventilation. I cant think of much else that can be done appart from sticking ice cubes down her back

How uncomfortable did it get just during the photo session? It sure looks good, and after seeing the quality of work in the cannon, mine is coming off the suit and getting work now...inspired by the killer job you did on yours.

It really wasn't bad to wear at all, other than the fit of the Bio/Dreds wasn't the best. (The pictures where i have the shorter dreds is actually an undermask that I cut up and glued directly to the Bio mask). I have since moved to an entriely new undermask, new longer dreds and will have my Bio mask removable utilising rare earth magnets to hold it on.

The old mask fit uncomfortably, but the new one should improve on this.

The cannon was a happy accident. My husband YOSHIWA1985 has an Uber cannon from Casey. So I just looked at that, and eyeballed this one, scaling it way down to fit my build. I started with two different sized of PVC pipe glued together to form the basic shape, and then went to town with EVA foam making the coverings and details for it based on the Uber cannon. I put it together in about an hour and a half.

Creativity...and working quickly, wow. I will mod the cannon I have and guarantee it take me many hours. Might consider a replacement.

I do not foresee being very comfortable in the mask and still have to address some kind of airflow solution, fans, air pulled through via some tubes, something....

Great pic!

I'm looking at the scale of you two, and then noticed even the dreads on the female are appropriately smaller, spot on.
