Well I finally did it. I read the Dark Horse Clone Wars comics.

I can say, without hesitation, it is my preferred version of the Clone Wars. It feels so much more consistent with films. Anakin is more consistent. The clones are more consistent. Dooku. The Jedi still feel like the good guys. They aren't blinded by their hubris, and consumed by the war. They question, fighting in the war at every turn. They realize that war is changing them and the Republic. We see so many different Jedi. Jedi who spend their time, helping people. One, never even carries a lightsaber.
And then there's Quinlan Vos. A Jedi who's tasked with getting close to Dooku. It's absolutely gripping, as slips further into dark side. As struggles to keep himself.
Such a good series. And again it just amazes me how this series is better fit with the films. A fits so much better then the animated show that George had a lot input on.
