Unlimited Run Deluxe Tron Disc Retrofit Kits

Sorry for not responding sooner guys, I've been dedicating my efforts to other projects as of late. The aqua color is achieved through a combination of blue and green SMDs. This costs a bit more, but it can be done. If you would like an aqua kit, send me a PM and we can work out the details for a special order add on.

I finally found the time to do my CLU kit and thought I'd post up a pic if it with my Sam Flynn kit. No matter where I go, whenever someone sees the disc, they can't believe it was one of the toys and think its a high end prop, which with this kit it definitely is!

hey Soulinertia, i love your mod kid and just purchased the sam/quorra cool white set. please let me kno that my order went through properly
thanks a bunch

Soulinertia - I haven't heard from you since my order was placed weeks ago, and nothing from the email I sent earlier this week.

Has anyone that ordered in the last month or so gotten their order or heard from Soulinertia? I really don't want to have to file a claim with PayPal.

I did.. (ordered a while back and had a bit of a wait, not filed a PP claim)

same scenario.... I wouldnt worry, he was busy other stuff on his plate..etc ;)

communication was fine when I followed up.. and the kit came no problem in the end..

(I wasnt in a hurry though) :)

dd you email or PM him?

I had PM'd him.. and usually heard back in a couple days each time..

I hope I didn't wait around too long. I still need to replace the bubble-ridden discs with newer ones.

Do the new discs look any better than these? And no, I'm not going to pay $35 each to replace them.

I dont believe mine were like that. (I'll have to check now to b sure..still in package!)

and I didnt get mine all that long ago.. :(

Unfortunately it's just the nature of the process I'm using. This stuff is molten hot when I pour it for casting. The bubbles tend to develop when it cools. I've reduced the amount of bubbles overall, but there are a still usually a couple in each ring. You can't see them at all when the ring is lit, only when it is off and if they are to the inside, (which they usually are) the plastic edge of the disc itself covers most of them.

Here is a ring I cast last night for your reference. As you can see there are still a few bubbles:
