Everytime I show off one of your disc mods (I've got 4) to my friends, they always want me to make them one. Glad to see they are still in production. The Li-ion mod I made is the way to go, the brightness is amazing. I'll bring one of them to the Tron 30th celebration in Hollywood

I'm super excited. Trying to get a Young Kevin Flynn costume together for halloween. I picked up the Alpinestars NYC jacket the other night, and I have submitted my order to SoulInertia to get my disc mod kit! Hopefully it'll get here before the 27th which is my friend's halloween party.

Hey colonelmasako, is there a video or website on how to build the Li-Ion mod? (where to buy, how to build, etc). It sounds like it could go really wrong if its the wrong battery and I want to make sure i get the right ones... Thanks!

Anyone thinking about ordering a kit or a completed disc . . . I can only guarantee arrival by Halloween if you order before Oct. 15th. I also have ring sets from the original spinmaster discs listed on ebay if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to convert your disc to a Rinzler disc or are looking for a clear ring set. C rings can be purchased separately as well, but the translucent thermoplastic outer ring only comes with the kit. Happy Halloween Programs!

I had a quick question,I'm not sure if it's been answered or not,but do the modded discs retain the sound feature and if so,is it possible to replace with a better speaker?

They do not have the sound feature. All existing electronics are removed to make room for new LEDs.

I just got my full disc kit in the mail this morning (Hot damn those LEDs are bright.) and it seemed to be missing the instructions on how to make it.
Is there an online version I could get or could you send me a pdf of the instructions?

Im looking for a price check on all 3 (2 x inner "C" and 1 x outter 'ring')

I have my own led matrix/string I put together (120 x 5050 white leds)

and my own electronics to provide sounds..and control the led strip/matrix animations.. (MAX7221 chips used)

anybody need a kit? we can split up the costs.. an I get outter ring? (I can order the inner "C" rings separate still)
