For those of you who've been on the Rise of the Resistance ride at Disneyland, you may have been lucky enough to spot these guys in the AT-AT cockpit:
A while back Hasbro even made an action figure based on them:
So naturally I had to go ahead and build the whole kit.
We've started by scanning one of my First Order armor kits to make sure everything would fit:
Then got to modeling the helmet and the add-on boxes:
The parts were 3d printed:
And after the painstaking prepping smoothing process, the masters are just about ready to mold:

The nose plate and other helmet details will be separately cast in order to make painting easier. The chest and back boxes will be tuned up next.
Helmet kits will be $230 plus shipping until I post pictures of the first set of castings out of the molds. Then I'll be raising the price.
A non-refundable 50% deposit gets you on the list. Remaining 50% plus actual shipping cost will be due when your kit is boxed up and ready to ship.
