Unless SI has gone slightly mad, it should be the general list shown on the OP of this thread. Both Clutch and FuseNova are on the first week shipment group and they seem to have their info in hand now.
The "C" rings come in translucent white only and the color depends on the LEDs. However, you could get white LEDs and use Tsuyosa/BRRogers method of adding translucent films for the color. Then I think it would be possible.
So it's a hard sheet of transparent PVC? How thick is it? I presume you're going to cut a ring out and put it between the LEDs and the C-ring opening or something like that? Hmmm... the possibilities are quite intriguing...
For the record: As the PVC sheets only change the color, the luminosity of the white LEDs ARE affected.
So, if you want *bright* color to show through, the colored LEDs are still your best bet.
To be clear - I did rush this job and additional heat/stretching may be the key. I was mostly concerned with getting a nice even circle on the outside and later on discovered this minor issue. This picture is worse case for me with remaining slots better or perfect.
