Eh, I'm not too worried about it. I've driven my car across country more than once, and it never got any rock chips on it.

Even if it did encounter a little damage, my expectation is that I'll be going over EVERY INCH of the car with sandpaper, putty and primer, so I'm not gonna sweat a little rock chip.

Oooh, that photo of the shell on the trailer make me all tingly. I is a pretty sight for sure.

So I don't have have to read through the whole thread, can you tell me about the Shells construction? Is it polyester resin, vinylester resin? Cloth, Matt? Combination of the two? Is the symmetrical version? Sorry if this was covered already.

The truck is currently in Calera, OK. The shipping company has a really awesome online map that tracks their location via onboard GPS. I don't know if I'm his first stop, but it's nice to see him making progress!
