NEW PICS! LOTS of them. Stitching is too white. Sleeves might be a bit long.









The back straps/buckle arrangement may still change, based on new information coming out.

This is like the softest greatest leather I've ever felt. I want to wrap myself in it forever.

The only thing still standing out (to my eyes anyway) as something to tweak -besides whatever new info comes in about those sidestraps, as you mentioned- would be the color of the thread...

Zlurpo, are you possibly considering something a bit more toned down than the white stitching?
Maybe a beige or even a warm brown that's just a shade lighter than the suede itself?
(and by the way, I can't tell you how much I think you've NAILED the color of the suede Perfectly! GREAT job!) :thumbsup

Yep, that's why I said the stitching it too white, it needs to mellow out a bit I'll be looking at options soon!

So what color stitching are you thinking? It seems like it does not need to be anything near white to achieve the look. Mostly it just needs to be a shade or two lighter than the color of the jacket to achieve the look.

Waiting to see the final color selection before I order.

I'll be watching this thread for new updates. Do we have any set shots on the back of the jacket yet? I'm definitely going to purchase. I don't need it by the premiere though. I'm honestly most excited just to be able to wear the jacket out in real life, that's how I'm going to weather it the most.

Update on the chest greeblie:

I wanted it to come pre-colored, but somehow they failed to understand what I was asking... Really don't get how. Anyway, Everyone who orders a jacket will get one of these as a bonus. They're metal and have a magnetic plate to hold them on. Last pic is a sample of a painted one, although I can't say I think acrylic paint is really the way to go. Just as an example.

I think Magnoli did a good job on their version but I think the material is too smooth. As previously discussed, the material in the movie looks to have a rougher appearance. From the images previously posted, you seemed to have done a better job matching it. However, I not willing to submit funds until I see a finalized prototype.
