Given the fact they’ve just released the HDPE, what are the chances of a second run of the hero? Or is it too early given the first run isn’t that old?
Some of you have mentioned that later pulls in the run are shinier and wider? What has RS done to the helmet to achieve this?

RS have told me that there will be a second Hero run, so no worries there! 
Yeah, I noticed they needed to address the width issue. I see some others have commented on that too.

Not sure if I’m barking up the wrong tree here, but as Rob has stated in the Fett helmet video that their Helmet is from the Gino pull, so is it possible to assume then that the Stormtrooper Hero Helmet came from the same source?
That source being Gino? He got hold of an original Hero a number of years back as EFX were going to take a mold of this? Could RS have gotten both casts, or has it been confirmed that the Hero is indeed from a Tie face? I know they said the Back was from a stunt but no mention of the face?

RS said they used their own stunt cap & back, but the face plate does appear to have the cut out like a tie pilot see page 10 post 184

Why does RS not put mesh in the frowns of any of their TK helmets? Because none of the screen used helmets had mesh behind the frown. Its also that can be easily added by the owner if they desire it.

Sorry if this has been covered more than once but where has it been confirmed that the Hero Helmets came from the Tie Helmets? Would like to know more about this topic. Cheers.

best to ask RS themselves, but I assume so. The last wave of the helmets seemed to have resolved the width issue.
