so ive been out of the main Ep9 thread to avoid spoilers, what im about to say below isn't a spoiler but a cool video i ran across

so apparently JJ and a few cast members were doing a interview and JJ explained that they went through great steps to keep everything a secret. even having the script on photocopy proof paper!

which he then explains isn't very good when a cast member leaves it under his bed, and the worker finds it, takes it and then tries selling it on eBay!!

he then says that someone that works for him said they found it on eBay and it looked legit. JJ says they got it back, but doesn't go into detail how he did exactly

can you imagine if the script actually slipped through and someone bought it?! what a story behind it...

reminds me of ernie hudsons ghostbusters flight suit.. he was at a con, and the room keeper stole his screen used flight suit.. no one has ever seen it again

My niece and nephew got Disney Plus so I will probably give it a watch. It looks good and has great people involved, but my potential investment in it is soured by knowing it all goes to crap in the Sequel time (IMO).

Not much to see so far. All I have on hand currently is an wip modding on an EFX Vader and some shins. I do have a nice 3 piece leather body suit on the way though soon!

I’ve got a very interesting relationship with the ANH Vader
On the one hand even as a kid I liked that one the least. The robes over the armor looked odd, the voice and speech pattern had much less dignity, costume and helmet was dirty, sometimes really lopsided...still not a huge fan of the ANH Vader as a character.
Having said that if you put an ANH helmet on a spike on its own as a prop piece it’s gorgeous with all its imperfections, just oozes character that the ESB and ROTJ does not have. Not necessarily the character of Vader as I like him (ESB for that) but a character of its own as a prop or helmet if that makes sense. There’s so much to explore in that.
I’ve had a Rubies that I modded to be ROTJ as the centerpiece of my living room for many years but soon I’ll prob make the jump soon for a Darth Ugly ANH.
