Unlimited Run Deluxe Tron Disc Retrofit Kits

Are you selling any of the parts individually? I just need the inner rings for rinzler, sam, quorra, and clu. I seen that you have the additional rings section, but did not want to use that cause I am sure you expected to sell a whole kit. Thanks for the repy.

I am selling the inner C-rings separately for $10 each shipped. The outer ring though comes with the kit only.

Might we know why? I've love to get both rings I plan on making a disc that changes colors so the pre-built led stuff for me is a waist of cash =(

Hey soul, what did you have to do to make the battery compartment portion fully illuminate? As in, no gap in the C-ring lighting. Did you just cut it apart, and glue the whole battery compartment together using that portion of the C-ring as a spacer? Also, did you still cut the C-ring or is it now one piece?

These questions are obviously referring to your 2.1 version Kevin Flynn disc video you posted on YouTube. I don't want to get to cutting too much only to find out you did something different than the original instructions, something you can't do once you do the original cutting.

So, I guess that being said, are you planning on changing the instructions for the 2.1 version?

Basically all I did was cut the battery lid pieces apart and glued them to the C-ring before cutting the C-ring into 3 sections. The C-ring was installed in the disc to ensure a correct fit before I glued it to the two battery lid pieces to it. The last step was to cut the c-ring at the seems so I could actually open the lid for battery changes. The lid when not in the disc is a little flimsy since it's only being held together by that piece of the c-ring so be careful. But once you have it secured in place it maintains structural stability. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks soul. I was making sure that you still cut the C-ring and could open the battery compartment. I think I'll leave it separate, glue most into place, then cut the C-ring and do some final touch-up so it's still functional.

Also, any news on replacement rings? Not rushing or pushing terribly hard, just curious on the status (as I do still have one ring to work with)

I've actually had my Disc modded for sometime with your Kit and I love it. Couldn't have asked for a better way to turn a toy into a replica.
When I opened the package I was in awe of the professional way in which everything was presented. The build was quite easy with the instructions that were included.
This was my first time modding anything!

Thought I would share some pics of the mess I made while building and the finished product.

Your disc turned out great Bandit-Jedi! :thumbsup

You should see the mess in my house! It looks like that x100!

spotted some rolling through SDCC yesterday with your disc mod and deadmaus. sweet job on both.

Ready to order my disc kit in preparation for Dragon*Con. Just confirming that the Full Disc Kit + Additional C Ring is all that is necessary. No custom lighting required for this particular order.

I really appreciate all the work you've put into making this happen for so many people.

I'm searching for another disc in my area so I can get another disc mod. Most likely will order another in a week or so.

I tried the link on page one. So I can FINALLY order my kit but it doesnt work.

It still works for me. I'd recommend clearing cookies, or a different web browser. Also, Shift F5 will force a refresh of a page if it fails to load properly, using nothing from browsing history.

Hope it helps,
