Soul, I wanted to send a thanks. You've been a pleasure to deal with here. Initially I had hoped the components would come assembled, but you including the parts but not assembling them lets me customize like I was interested in. Also, after reading the thread about the scammer in Australia being banned, I wanted to specifically say thanks for being willing to do a JY deal with me as a new member here.

Looking forward to future positive transactions with others / everyone here,
Solar

Absolutely excellent work.
Interested in either a full kit or a special order fully finished disk. Just sent you an email and a PM.

I am completly new to the Junkyard, But how would I go about ordering a kit or 3? I have the Disc toy, so I assume I just need the full kit to modify it...Sry if I sound dumb here, but be gentle its my first time :) PM me if that is easier (which I assume it is)...

Soul has a link to the purchase website on the first page (in the first post). He's got the details in the post there, and you should be all set. You can obviously ask other questions though.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. I had a week 1 order and I'm anxiously awaiting the replacement ring and the second C ring for my sam disc. I just wanna put this project to bed! LOL

Hi Jeremy,

Just wanted to post up my finished Rinzler Tron Disc. It was an awesomely well thought/made retrofit kit and a breeze to build, thanks!

However, you might wanna look into repacking the strips a little better, as my SMD strip arrived 'cut' at the bends. Still functional after a quick fix repair tough.

The extra C strip I had to install gave a few hiccups, namely the strip thinness and the lack of structural support for said strip and the tron disc proper. I had to jury rig some support to hold the tron disc aligned with the edge and the center bit, as it the outer edge kept pushing into the cut c strip area. Worked out okay but it's something I may look into improving for myself...once I decide to get another kit. ;)

Thanks again for doing this and keep up the great work!

Stay safe,

Tim.
