Things are going pretty smoothly. Still waiting on a couple of components from a supplier, but hopefully those will be here by Fri. Lot's of soldering and casting going on over here!

Payment Sent for One Full Custom (Prgm: Blue 'C' Ring w/White Outer (Blue:White)) and One additional C ring.
Sorry for the wait had to knock out some Taxes and be sure I didn't owe money. Looking forward to this one, but no worries as to when it gets to me.

What was the Dremel tool attachment to use to get the best result for the extra inner 'C' anyway???

^^^great idea! that would be a great way to get a headstart on the rest of the surgery
I just used a standard cutting disc. You will need a few of them to complete this project, especially since they can break easily.
I'll just throw out what I was planning to do based on the tools I have:
1. Using a Dremel and a fiberglass reinforced cutting wheel, make broad general cuts to remove the basic material.
2. Using a Dremel and a small sanding drums, sand down to a millimeter within the final details.
3. Using a set of needle files, hand file the ring to the finished levels.
(Under-cutting with the power-tools will help ensure that you don't OVER cut into the product. By saving the final details for hand tools, you eliminate the potential for screw ups)

that pretty much mirrors my intentions.'cept I'll wait till I have the new ring in hand befor I do the final filing to make sure it matches
