Hi, I sent payment recently for a set thanks and have ordered the headphones set from Shapeways. About the orange ear pads, did you cut the inner circle from the pads or did you find a supply with them pre-cut? Sorry if this is a stupid question but if you cut them what diameter are the holes and how did you get them to be perfectly circular? Many thanks John

Yeah, I cut the inner circle. I think I used a quarter to draw the circle, then just cut it out with a pair of scissors. You actually flip the foam pads around so the existing circle is on the inside. That's why it looks so perfect. The circle I cut out of mine aren't as clean, but it doesn't show since it's compressed around the housing. Hope that makes sense.

I'm thinking about doing another run of decals and possibly the screens for the 3D printed headphone kits out there with Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 just around the corner. These could possibly be applied to other styles of headphones as well. Let me know if your interested in this thread. I'd need at least 10 orders to make it happen.
