oh darnit... the traking now shows monday the 11th.. I was hoping to get them on friday so I could spend all weekend inspecting them. Anyways, we are just days away.

The Eagle has landed. The outer boxes have some wear and tear, I hope nothing on the inside got damage. The QC inspection begins today.

I started going through the boxes yesterday, there were very few boxes with som dents but most were intact. I can cover all the original orders with the non dented boxes so no worries there. I also checked a couple hilts and they are fine. However I will check all of them one by one.


So once i have hilts ready to ship, I will start contacting folks that required empty hilts first and in order of date of when the downpayment was made. Next will be the ones with installs but no weathering and finally the weathered hilts.

I will take nicer pictures of the produciton hilt versus the prototype. As mentioned before the changes made were done after the BTS video of season 3 which gave me other views and angles. So you are getting a more accurate version than the protos i made. Best things come for those who wait.

Here is a quick list of the improvements:

1. The overall lenght increased by 0.5cm, mostly on the body and grip section
2. Changed the body anodizing to dark grey instead of black. That looks closer to the on screen hilt.
3. Shape of the emitter was improved, slightly longer and wider at the crown.
4. Pommel was redesigned, made shorter but larger diameter, the grooves are more squared like what we saw on screen. Has both vented and non vented caps.
5. New grip design works much better with the chassis, no need for extra retention screws to orient, and feels much more secure. It also has a much better anodizing than the proto.

Alright starting tomorrow ill be sending pm's to the empty hilt owners with the balance. Your hilts are ready foe shipping. Do not worry if you did not recieve a pm... You will be next. In the meantime here are some nice pics.

Next will be the installed, non-weathered once I recieve and check the chassis from Gio. 10 to 12 days more.
