Thanks Dan! I bought this right after I signed up for this run. Too bad about the resin on yours but you can always order a other one.

Cant wait!! So in a correct configuration, is the body slide slot visible under the clamp card or is that hidden under the clamp?

Actually, if you align the pommel the way it is in the fb picture that Brandon posted, the slot is slightly visible if you look under the clamp card. Sorry.

Dan your hilt came out great! Anyone waiting for their hilt to be delivered, here is my video to hold you over. Amazing work!

Thanks for the video, I think I love the way this version assembles. I should be done with my 2nd run V2 in the next week or two (yeah, super slow, what else is new hah), and I think they both have a place in any saber nut's collection. Best-guess assembly resembling the original prop for the 2nd run, and modern fx-ready assembly in this newest run, with bonus extra accuracy! I'm excited!

I'm shipping them in the order of who paid first. Not the sign up list

Yep! I know. I was bored last night and counted all the "Paid" posts + # of sabers each + factoring in some people who might not have made a post. :lol

Am I doing this right? Is the chunk supposed to sit up a bit? Or can you screw it in without scraping the body?

that's high! mine tightened down against the ridge near the pommel cubes. (positioned like a diamond shape) I took a metal file to the bottom face and it spun one more time. still up off the body though

Re: Sign up thread for NEW Luke V2 light saber run. Spring 2018 edition (SIGN UP CLO

I don't see any threads, on what's showing of (get ready for it) the shaft that can be seen. :rolleyes So I don't think (this won't help) it'll screw in any deeper, without threading.:$

Re: Sign up thread for NEW Luke V2 light saber run. Spring 2018 edition (SIGN UP CLO

I'm loving the way the saber turned out! The only issue I have right now is that I can't get the clamp to tighten enough to hold the slothfurnace card. There is maybe an 1/8th inch gap of space with the lever closed, and the card slips right out. Would this be a clamp issue? card issue? something I'm not doing right? I noticed in goodie's video his card was held in place properly.
