I second what Martin has questioned. Would be great if there was a number set for this run to add to the plaque that adan valera is doing.

Sorry. I cannot add anyone else to the list at this point. If there are any left after those who have signed up receive their sabers, I will send out e-mails contacting people who asked to be on the wait list.

I received some pictures from the shop today and they made a mistake on the grips, so those parts will need to be remachined before I will send them payment. This wouldn't be a big deal, but because of Chinese new year, it looks like it will push the order back until the end of the month.
Sorry that I don't have more exciting news.

No problems here having to wait till the end of the month either Dan. Better to wait and get it right than rush the run just to honor a time frame you first set.

There's still at least another 6 weeks left of Chinese New Years celebrations. At least that's what all my suppliers in China always say around this time of year.

I just hope that none of the shop's crew lose any fingers while shooting off fireworks!
Who knows, maybe we'll get lucky and the guys will come to a conclusion that they can only take so much of Zhang-Chou-Pi leading the dragon and will be happy to return to work early?
By the way, that name translates very, very, very loosly to long-stinky-farts.
I mean come on, who'd want to be trapped under a 100' tarp with their boss for 6 weeks!?!?!? Boss keeps sayin' "Who wants to hear the dragon roar?" Brrrrpppppppp!!!

Seriously, I hope they all have a wonderful time and come back to work refreshed and recommited to building some extraordinary lightsaber parts!
