No... we are still waiting on the tri-glide buckles for the staff slings... Apologies for the delay. We are just as frustrated as you are, because everything is being held up by a little 38mm wide piece of scrap bronze... :thumbsdown

After talking with a friend who makes 300 Spartan spears. I came up with this. The fit is tight when assembled. Broke it into 3 pieces. Had I planned better I would have it more equal pieces then they are. But this works out.

You need a 1" outer diameter piece of PVC then...

Yea... went to my home depot and they dont have anything that is an exact 1" OD. The closes is the 3/4" which has a OD of 1 1/16" I'm sanding it down to get it to fit the pieces as we speak.

Wow, really?? Try Lowe's maybe? Are you looking for wooden dowels or PVC pipe? Because I don't think they may pvc pipe in 1" OD. pVC is usually measured by ID which would explain why you can't find it in exactly 1" OD, but I've never seen a hardware store that doesn't carry 1" wooden dowels.

Edit: sorry, just read you can't use wood. That complicates matters. I am pretty sure they make plastic dowel rods as well. You can purchase them off Amazon.

All pieces for the deluxe kits should be arriving by tomorrow, and the deluxe kits will be being shipped out within a few days!

Oh, and we promised you a special surprise... Our 'informant' at Pinewood was able to hook us up with some of the exact same brown cloth material used on the handwraps for Rey's production-used staffs! It should be arriving stateside soon (so long as customs doesn't pitch a fit or anything) and as long as it looks good we'll be including it with all deluxe kits from here on out.
