The QMX price, with the pre-order discount, comes to $71.95 but they don't offer free shipping. After applying shipping to my location, with the cheapest option of Priority at 10.95, the total comes to $82.90.

Edit: Confirming what CeSquared noted, it looks like Redford Films will offer it at 71.99 and free shipping. The next best price is around $78 shipped at a couple of places. A lot of other places are around the $69 price, but they also charge shipping.
