Hey-ho Everybody. I go by the name of Apollomasque, Apollomask if you're nasty.
I got into my love of costume making at an early age by way of halloween, and my family's tradition of making our costumes. Things took a turn during highschool, when I went the extra step for an Evil Dead Ash costume and crafted myself a chainsaw prop that I'm still pretty proud of.

From then on, I've been pretty enthralled with prop making and costuming. Last summer I made myself a suit of space armor

and showed it off

at Fanexpo.

Now I'm excited about the new outfit I'm working on, and was attracted to this site by way of it.
Eager for confabs!

Hello I'm Joe. Known on everything else I do or site I'm on as zombierage13. I have been con going and build/buying my cosplay parts for 7 years. One thing I learned very quickly was if you want a good cosplay it's like the Johnny cash song, One piece at a time. I so far have completed:
Darth Maul
Darth Sidious new hope version
Darth Vader Empire version
Robocop
Jason Voorhees part 7
Vampire Hunter D
Ghostbusters full outfit and Pack and fully custom ectomobile

Currently working on Dredd 2012. If you have any help to lend me on Dredd please do so.

'Ello.... I'm Rob from the sunny NW corner of the Uk... Well into photography, i'm always on the lookout or making props for semi naked/naked models to play around with. So i'll be doing a lot of reading on here and i hope you guys dont mind me picking your brains from time to time..

Hi, I'm Nick from Vegas. I'm currently building an R2. As side projects I'm interested in building a MSE-6 and HiC. Came here to research those builds and ask questions from those who have done it. Now that I've had a chance to see everything people are working on it's blown my mind and given me ideas for even more projects.

My Name is Jeremy , im 33 a father of 2 im a auto mechanic getting ready to go into the US ARMY national guard , im primarily a StarTrek Fan ,
for the most part i build starship models , i came to these forums searching for a Klingon bat'leth been doing alot of searching online but the ones i have found havent been the correct shape and im a stickler for accuracy

Hello I'm getting back in to doing some figure modeling after a 18 year break. I need to finish my 6 Million Dollar Man Fight for survival kit that I started in the early 90's. Looking forward to getting some tips on using acrylic paints.

Hey guys... my name is Stephanie and I'm a cosplayer/nerd/etc out of Montgomery, Alabama. I've been visiting here on and off for a long time but finally decided to join in the discussion. I'm primarily a Doctor Who cosplayer (Amy Pond and Peri Brown) but still dream of making a blue reboot!Trek officer's dress one of these days (already have the boots!).

In some internet circles I'm known as the Sherlock of item identification--I'm really good at finding off-the-rack costume items. My latest finds include clothing worn by Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson in the new Spiderman movie currently filming.

My name is Argiris, i am 27 years old and i am from Greece..
To be honest i am gonna try a foam costume but my only problem is that i cant find foam :-/
I am looking the whole country about best-step anti fatigue foam or any relative item but nothing.. Wish my good luck I am gonna need it since i cant find it here nor in e-shops in Europe!!

I went to film school ages ago, and I'm back in school now for costuming. This is my first post, been lurking for a while now ha ha! Figured I'd finally introduce myself!

I am into cosplay, but have been wanting to get into prop making(same with the husband). Someday we will try our hand with pepakura, but we will slowly build up to that.

I am into anime(neon genesis evangelion is my favorite), disney, doctor who and Harry Potter.
