ok, I just signed up, and this saved my life before I bought items from nexus enterprise/star fortress. I didn't know all the bad rep on them... well, im not that great at making armor. but I am wanting to buy sith acolyte armor, I already have a mask and robe... im in the star wars costuming group as Dar'Jetii TDE-090 in THE DARK EMPIRE Costume Club - HOME.. if anyone can please help me in making this armor where I can buy from you please let me know. thanks

Greetings from the UK (The south of England to be precise)

Some of you may know me as Foxhound from The Colonial Fleet, or as TopGunSGA from Sci-Fi Hero

I'm a big Sci-Fi fan (well I wouldn't be here if I wasn't) with love for Star Trek, Star Wars, Stargate, Battlestar Galactica, Firefly, Farscape, Babylon 5 and Doctor Who to name but a few hundred :lol

I've just started getting into costuming with 2 projects on atm (SG-1 and Battlestar Galactica BDUs)

From what I seen of the site it will be a great resource.

My name is Sean and I've been lurking around these forums for quite some time now. I'm a Sculpture and Installation student based in the Toronto area and I have an interest in Props and Replicas that I know all of you share. I'm here mostly to learn but I'm open to sharing my experiences and thoughts with anyone who will listen and more than willing to answer questions.

Hey there, everybody! I joined after lurking for a couple weeks because of the great community you guys have here. My main motivation was to seek advice, help, and inspiration for my first attempt at cosplay. I've done a fair bit of 3D modeling (of the computer variety), but this is the first time I've tried to make anything substantial in real life. I love Star Wars and all the props and costumes people make for it, but my first project is a civil protection officer from the video game Half Life 2.

Hello, my name is Ryan, I have been on RPF for several months, doing lots of reading, and thoroughly love this site. My movie interests are rooted in Indiana Jones, Goonies, the Keaton Batman, and Back To The Future. I have been a long time member of CLTC, and met many wonderful friends via that forum, and found RPF via friends at CLTC. I was a film major in college, and wrote and directed several short films, after a stint in Hollywood, I felt the industry was not a fit for me, and left LA.

My interests include conceptual work in any creative medium, from clay to film to music, to mechanics and engineering. I dabble in all forms. I am a car collector with a deep interest in movie cars. My two favorite movie cars are the 89 Batmobile, and the BTTF Delorean Time Machine. I have been preparing for an 89 Batmobile build for a number of years, and hope to start this year. I own an 81 Delorean in my collection that will eventually be transformed into a Time Machine, but at this moment I am still enjoying the car in its natural state

My life in Bali is an exotic one, I live in the interior of the island among some dense jungles, monkeys, and giant pythons. Even my inspiration to live here stems back from my Indiana Jones obsession, for the exotic, the ancient, and artifacts. I have collected many authentic artifacts in my travels throughout Asia. Some quite large.

One of my conceptual works I am working on in the Jungles of Bali, I will save for the prop thread, but it is sure to be a unique, and possibly one of a kind project. Stay Tuned!
