My name is Kenny, I'm an active member on Ghostbusters Fans - The Largest Ghostbusters Fan Community & Ghostbusters Wiki.

I'll be honest.. I had no idea stuff like this was going on before 3 years ago.... I know UberNOOB alert!

Hello,

my name is Mathew. I really like nice things so.. that's why I am here.
to hear from others, be inspired and discuss things in a friendly way.
I really like prop rooms, props that look like they have been there for centuries, like indy props and potc. also everything you can display in an the librarian style library.
I am a student so, I don't have that much money or space so I now focus on paper props. I have two right hands, unfortunately I am left handed.
but this doesn't mean I can not try to make beautifull things

Hello! My name is Tabitha, also known as Padme9055, and I'm so excited to be here! I got into costuming two years ago and since have fallen in love with making costumes from movies and stories that people can actually wear. I don't really know much about making hard props, though I dapple in light sabers. My specialty is fabric and cloth and turning a 2d picture into a wearable gown or outfit. I'm really looking forward to getting to know you all hear and to learning from you guys .

Hello all.......
names stan.... been doin mostly special effects makeup and just started into prop building. last year i recreated pyramid head from the "Silent Hill" games and movies, for L.A.'s Komikaze. ill post up some of the pictures i took of it soon.....

My name is Rob and I live down in Houston - I've done some Renaissance costuming in the past, but my current project is improving upon my Naked Snake / Big Boss outfit from MGS3 Snake Eater. Its a Great Pleasure to meet fellow collectors as Myself and to see the Collections that you have. I have created I.Ds to match what is used on most shows and also have created some where I believe there should be one such as Indiana Jones I.D. for when he was supposed to have been with the OSS during the war. I am Very much interested in Movie I.D.s as I was prior Law Enforcement and reallyy enjoy to see what is out there from the movies and I have been dealing for about 12 Years. So Thank you all Joe

i'm recently interested in using pepakura in armor props specifically Iron man. I've done some 1:1 scale pepakura weapon but never understood the resin stuff. so i wish to learn more on this stuff

Hi. My name is Brick and I think the work that many of you do is just pure talent and I envy that.

I just came back from Philly Comic Con 2012 (met Stan Lee and some amazing people), and seeing the costumes has underscored my resolve to hire artisans to create what I need (and buy what the rest) so that I end up in an authentic T-800 (ALL ROBOT) costume!

And I ain't joking!

I have always been facinated by the prop side mainly sci-fi and outfits to a degree. Heck i'd give up my job, take a pay-cut, be a Tea-boy and join rick Bakers team or other effects outlet out there if i could get a foot in the door, who wouldn't ! lol

I saw Anthony Le's youtube video A quick look at awesome Iron Man Mark 7 Costume @ Animeland wasabi 2012 - YouTube and WOW. It got me just with the helmet i have no idea solenoids or what he used but that got me looking into the Iron Man costumes and checking out the Pepakura threads and a few others.

I would like to try one of these builds and a Halo Master Chief sometime more ikely the card route then the foam one but still gathering info on what products to use - no idea yet as to the electronics, but man, it looks dam cool!

Anyway, from the UK, Hampshire, newbie, geeky and hyped up about doing one

Hello all,
Just found this forum. Good to be here. I just rewatched every single Highlander series episode on youtube over the last couple of months. I am fascinated with the various immortals preference in swords and who made them, etc.. And it would appear this forum is just where I need to come to to find out about them. In fact I have started me a little file just for my own pleasure, a little hobby if you will, with those swords from each episode and who used them.
