What happened to that guy i thought i was promised.. a space gunslinger who was good, bad and ugly.. instead, for the sake of more Grogu merchandising, they've decided to make him a high-plains dead-beat-dad.
Would Eastwood look forward to the next instalment? I don't think so.. sadly, it's no longer the way.
The Bad Batch, despite it being a kids animation, has better plotlines, is darker with better story arcs that make sense.. why is that?!!

Who is going to be this seasons legacy character cameo, it’s actually something I look forward to because even is a show/season sucked at least we got to see _____. I have someone I’m rooting for to show up this season who we haven’t seen.

Just had a thought, Han Solo is & was conceived as a Pirate, his ship was known as 'The Pirate Ship' well into production until the Space: 1999 (Millennium) Eagle (Falcon) incident & his pirate ship was given a name,......Now there are 'actual' pirates behaving like pirates in Star Wars
We now have Whales, Owls, Wolves & Cats in the Filoniverse
At least Rian Johnston created Porgs because the Skellig Island Puffins were in every shot in the background

Well, after reading you feelings/impressions/knowledge about The Mandalorian; I decided to watch it with the wife (after binging on The Americans series).
Very child-like story + dialogues. Maybe, just maybe, someone should say to Favreau & Co that ChatGPT is not the way to put a story together
I liked Grogu's presence in the previous episodes...but too much of a good thing, as they said. Sorry, he shouldn't be there and Mando should stop be the babysitter he's now. Hold-on to your socks, 'cause next episode will see Mando changing Grogu's Pampers for good measure
The intro with the beast crashing the ceremony was way tooo long...as for the "Pirates"...well; no comments on that one!!!

It’s been a constant reset back to “START” to wrangle up those “Grogu Dollars”….

I’ll throw my prediction out there. I do believe we could get a pirate cameo on the same level as cad bane’s.
I’ve wanted to see live action Honda since they brought out that animatronic.

I’ve never been so simultaneously bored and angry before. I waited to watch the premiere because I had some family that wanted to watch it together—well, that, and I also saw this thread, which dampened any remaining enthusiasm I had. This new season is so incredibly regressive. Everything was stale, flat, and childish. This show has completely devolved into yet another of Filoni’s cartoons. Now, I’m sure that’s great for the folks that worship the ground he plays with his action figures on, but for people who want, you know, something that isn’t just grown men playing with their Kenner figures in the sand while explaining how their “original characters are so cool they have to be part of every story they tell”, this is just tiring. I don’t even have the energy to dissect everything I disliked about this episode. It was all bad. Just…all of it. Congratulations, to Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau—your faction of Star Wars has pretty much pushed me out. It’s made it clear that fans of Star Wars like me simply aren’t welcome. I’ll keep an eye on the thread, but short of some statistically impossible plot development, I won’t be watching more. I’m just exhausted by it all.

I've been waiting for Hondo to be in a live series. I really liked him because he's not the typical evil pirate.
I also like him because he fills the scummy ally role better than the rest. We've had Han, Watto, Cid from the bad batch, Greef Karga, who fill similar roles, but Hondo excels at it.
