Thanks Jedifyfe for doing these tutorials. I went ahead and upgraded mine by following them and im really happy with the results. here are a few pics of the one I have almost done. Still have some touch ups to do but the one is mostly done.

I have to attach the Velcro and fix the light leak on the strap then this one is all done!

Id just like to publicly apologize to you for being an idiot...I pm'd you asking questions that not only you have answered but also took the time to make videos for. I'm pretty sad with myself BUT thank you for inspiring my project! I knew my progress reminded me of something I've seen before (covering the foam upper in cloth) even though I doubt mine will even come close to your F_U NIKE...Nike mags II can't help but look to all of your hard work and effort for inspiration in at least attempting one of my holy grail of props. Thank you.

You need to explain the soldering of the LEDs more. Or provide close up pictures. Mainly focusing on when you're doing to actual soldering. And With the resistors. I have searched for a long time and can't find a good tutorial.

Let me google that for you... Calculating LED Resistor Values - Community Tutorials and if you're not familiar with soldering I'm sure there could even be a video on YouTube explaining how.Yup, three seconds later on google how to solder leds YouTube - Google Search check out the first and third video results.

Its amazing how google works. Just type in what you want to know and you will see that not only has every question you could ever think of been asked but has been answered even more so. Or you could demand and wait it out instead of knowing instantly.

I am going to try out something new on my markpoons. Instead of putting 12 LEDs in the ankle bubble I am going to cut out 3 tiny strips of el sheet in green, yellow, and red. It will be interesting, I will post pics.

It's not hard to do. Buy a piece of $3 styrene and a $8 jar of bondo and make one yourself. It takes a little sculping skill but not alot.
