Unlimited Run Blade Runner Blaster Illuminated Display Stand

I'm definitely getting one at some point. It's just too beautiful to pass up. A true work of engineering AND art! It's so nice, it might make the blaster look cheap. ;)

Question, that I don't think has been asked... have you done a test to get an approximation on how long the lights will last when run continuously just on batteries? I'm curious to know, so if you want to leave it on for a long time for display, if they'll last a day, 3 days, a week, a month?

Well done!
Thanks Generalurko, that's very kind of you to say so. I'm really proud of the stand so it's always great to hear it is appreciated.

That's a good question to which I'm not totally sure of the answer. There are quite a few LEDs, 57 to be exact, and they're running off 3xAA batteries so I suspect it's not a huge amount of time if left on continuously. It's why I designed it to also be powered from a USB power source.

Just wanted to share that I have a couple of my Blade Runner Blaster display stands ready for immediate despatch.
I made these as a couple of spares for a batch of orders towards the end of last month.
If you'd like one for your Deckard Blaster then message me for details or check out the first page of this thread!

Here’s my pics. I’m quite pleased.
Usually a stand should be invisible with hidden light sources, so the artefact is always the focus, but everything here supports the way the blaster glints, glows, and reflects the light to create a supportive atmosphere that’s very Blade Runner. The blaster looks great equally with the light on or off and for all the photos you see here, it looks even better in real life. Very clever design that’s easy to assemble.

Hey Neon, cheers from OZ, not sure if you have seen this Tomenosuke Compact Blaster Kit , but I am half way through paying one off. Could the stand be adjusted to suit one of these. How would it look with a smaller blaster? Let me know you thoughts, cheers mate.

Hiya from the UK JDiamond! I have seen those Chibi blasters from Tomenosuke, it's a really great design isn't it!
As the display stand, errr, stands at the moment it wouldn't fit. The points at which the vertical supports slot into the base are too far apart really.
If you'd like though I'd be happy to work with you on a commission build to do a one off stand. If that's of interest then drop me a DM so we can discuss further.

Let's not forget that it was Rick Ross who introduced the compact version decades ago.
Rick Ross' designs are truly iconic and an historic part of the fan exploration and development of the prop. I've coveted one of his Enforcer models for many years.

I think it's great that companies such as Tomenosuke, helmed by artisans with the same obsession for the prop that we all share, are able to continue that work and bring further offerings to the growing community.

This is easily the best stand there is for Deckard's Blaster, and maybe even the best stand for any prop gun ever made. I absolutely love it; it looks amazing in every way, so much so even the packaging looked professional.
Here's my Paragon Fx Hero Elite Blaster on the stand:

And then utilizing the reversible feature:

I love how the light really draws your focus instantly to it in the room in appropriate Bladerunner low light, which is appropriate because it's hands down the best prop I have.

Great images blarglesz, thanks so much for sharing. I'm super stoked that you're so happy with it, genuinely makes it feel very worthwhile putting these out there when I get a reaction like that. Awesome to see the stand in its new home within your collection and I hope you get loads more enjoyment from it.

I have the Tomenosuke 2049. Will this fit the stand by default?
Hi jedicri, yes the stock dimensions are a fit perfect for a Tomenosuke 2049 blaster. I have the 2049 kit version and took all the measurements from it when designing the display stand.
That also fits the Paragon and the stand can be supplied with slightly different size supports to fit the Coyle, Sidkit, Offworld, Elfin Knights, Models & Props, Takagi, Anders and TipTop blasters as well. I've even done one to fit the blaster model that came with the 2049 blu-ray release.

didnt even know about these I'd seen them before but thought it was just custom work, thanks for putting me on, about the price of a real compact pistol LOL

I just received my stand recently and I absolutely love it. Hands down the best blaster stand for a Deckard blaster. I couldn't be any happier.
