An update on battery longevity that the disc mod runs on. I used my disc at a party over the weekend and left the disc on the whole time. It was on for 5 straight hours before it started to dim. It stayed lit for another hour but I could tell it wasnt as bright. I was quite happy it lasted as long as it did.
I got tons of questions about the disc and the people who held it couldn't believe it used to be a toy. The weight that the kit adds really makes it feel substantial.

Yup ill just back up battery life.. Wife and I went to a Disney PArty at the Park a few weeks back... Disc outlived the Kevin Flynn Black JAcket lights, heh..It was also at around 5 hours...inner light lasted a bit longer though...

I ordered before the deadline, how come as of yesterday I got moved to the after Halloween list? I needed the disc specifically for Halloween...

I'm sure it will arrive soon. Post to Canada seems to take the longest. Even longer than to the other side of the planet!

not willing to derail that thread though. Point is, I have my disc, I can get a spare outer blade / full circle, I'm only looking for either 2 white c-rings or a spare blue C-ring from the disney disc (that last point is more for a WTB in the junkyard I know, please don't:behave)
