LEDs all come on at one time. But the switch allows for just the inner ring to be on, or both the inner and outer rings.
The install just requires dremel/drill tool work mostly. All you'll really need other than that is a screwdriver and some glue.
I noticed in your Full/kit video: When you turned the disk over there was a faint orange hue coming through the bottom (ALA, Rinzler). But, it didn't look like it was fully explored as a full effect (Double sided LED array for both TRON and Rinzler sides)... Any ideas on actually accomplishing this with a LED effect? Or do you have any general comments on how you went about that?

Yes, previously in the thread you could ask for a Rinzler, Sam or Clu kit. I want the Rinzler kit. This is so going to rock! 75 LED's at once!!!! I'm stocked and may need a moment alone!
When the slots are cut out they simply reveal more of the outer ring, so there aren't actually "nubs" that fill those sections. As for the LED collars/eyelets/bezels - whatever you want to call them, this is something I'll be offering separately as well, so you can add them to your basic kit order if you like.

The metal collars come with the deluxe kit.
I'm not sure there is enough room in the disc for 2 "C" rings and the LEDs due to the thickness of the rings, but I'll include the option to add an extra "C" ring to your order for those that would like to attempt it.

That didn't answer my question but perhaps it's because I asked it somewhat strangely So I'll simplify it...

Would it be feasible to do a DOUBLE SIDED disk kit.
IE: (1) I-Disk.
Side (a) Tron color.
Side (b) Rinzler color.
Personally I think it'd be a rather novel way to get both color schemes without investing in two complete disks.
Or, even better.... have a toggle switch that lets you go between the two.

Have you considered the option of a full, DIY kit for a price reduction? (Provide the parts, we do all the work)

Great! Did we get an answer as to the final cost of the basic kits, and will they be shipped within the "25 per week?" Or does that only go for the deluxe kits? Thanks!
I don't believe it would be possible to do a tron/rinzler or half white/half orange disc. There just isn't enough room inside the disc for 2 separate colored LED strips on the inner 'C' ring.

Just to be clear, that is what this is.
I will be handling the basic kits separately. The final cost for the basic kit is going to be $32+$6 shipping. Those will go out Jan 31st as well.
