Custom Mandalorian Armor

So lately I have been thinking about how I would like to start my own Mandalorian armor. Some may be disappointed to know that I am NOT going to the 501st or very hardcore starwars fans standards to how the suit should look basically because I want to give it a bit of my own touch of artistic skills. Here is the progress so far of basically the first of 3 pieces for the shoulder plate. It is somewhat inspired by the UA/BASE SECURITY and GUNGNIR shoulders from "Halo Reach." Let me know what you think so far!

I feel yah, I'm working on a steampunk oriented mando, and it's way off the map by 501'st standards. The Mandalorian mercs in my area (seattle) seemed down with it though. Personally still having trouble deciding between a great coat or not, but whateves.

Kepp up the good work, I know how hard it can be to stay focused with a project that is all in the head :)

Cheers!

I am thinking about trying a full armor Mando suit, kinda republic comando-ish. I'm not crazy about the whole jumpsuit under the armor. I cant wait to see how yours comes out.

I can say as an Officer for the North Texas Mando mercs Chapter, Clan Murraan, that custom Mando armor with some artistic flare is right up our alley and I look forward to seeing your build. **

**this is not an attempt to recruit, just a frame of reference for my state of mind.

Making a Boba/Jango Fett accurately is way off the map by 501st standards.
