Would using papermache and sanding work for the helmet?

Hello everyone. I just wanted to share the Armor that I made and the foam files that I used to make my armor below. The files were heavily modified from the BSD Rex files that I found online. I would say the armor is 95% screen accurate to the TCW version of the clone trooper, so it is not perfect but it's pretty close. I did not make the Pepakura files for the helmet, just fyi. Feel free to change it however you want. I would love to see a picture if you do make anything from the files.

Hi,
Over Lockdown I have gained an Interest in this cosplay / roleplay and would love to get into it. But I don't know how. This might be the wrong place to ask but how do I print these files and what do I print them with? I don't have much money available right now for hobbies and would like to know how much this would cost. Any information would help even site recommendations. i don't mind if this isn't the place to ask but if you could help me it would be much appreciated.

My suit is almost complete and want to say its going to be around the 100$ mark.

Im sure you can do this with card board but it will not be foam quality. This is something that you should do with foam for the amount of work your going to put in.

I used 3 packs (60 sheets) to assemble my armor.

I definitely had a problem with trying to rush and get this done with this being my first build. If i have any advice TAKE YOUR TIMEEEE. The more time you take to properly think out the template and go slow with the cutting it will come out the way you want. This is my version 1 versus my version 2. The difference in technique you might ask? ITS PATIENTS!!!!

The template is yes, but this is not a cosplay for Commander Cody, it is rather a costume version of my idea

Thank you so much Ryzer-Using the base free templates(THANK YOU SO MUCH) ,and with some additional work i completed my first cosplay(which my Son hijacked off me. had to cut loads out and resize to 90% as he is alot thinner than me. I have a new passion/hobby after getting these files. and the first Con wins 1st prize-sooo stoked

If these are from Ryzers templates. I am 6 ft and would have to print Upton 110%,but used the outfit for my son who is 5'10 but had to drop it to 90%. Due to him being so slim. If you have the funds I would recommend getting armour smith(I will get it eventually) for scaling on a 3d model based on your personal measurements. Or you print at 100% on paper,tape it up for fit. and adjust as necessary. It keeps waste to a minimum
