Thanks so much for the template. Do you think you could provide images or number it so I could put it together? Thanks
Hi, it sure can be difficult, if not impossible to assemble it without numbers on parts. I think the easiest way of doing it is with pepakura software, wich allows you to open .pdo files (the first I uploaded here) and then, you can see directly where each part is :
pepakura.PNG

It is really useful so I would recommend using it.

Thanks for make a foam helmet! I know that is one thing that a lot of people want over the paper/resin builds.
After reflexion, I might go for a captain rex cosplay, and I think I'm going to 3D print the helmet since it has many details. But I'm still going to make a clone helmet with foam since, as you said it, it would be useful for a lot of people. But it will not be for now since I don't have any material left.

Could you just post screenshots like this for all the parts? I have a mac and I can't run pepakura files. Could you just post the same screenshots or a video, but for all the parts?

Hi, here are two little videos where I show every part of the helmet for people like steininoah who can't open it with pepakura.

Made an account just to comment on this post. Absolutely loved these templates! I’ve messed around with pepakura a lot in the past and modified the templates to work with foam. It worked out really well! Excited to start on the rest of the armor. Quick question: what did you use to seal your armor? I’ve been experimenting and haven’t found something I’m super hyped on.

It depends. I usually use plastidip or flexbond for foam armor. For props like guns, I use pva glue or modgepodge because the props don't bend and crease. You can also harden the armor with various things like fiberglass, but I prefer to keep it flexible as it is easier to wear. Don't use PVA glue or Modgepodge for armor though, because it creases very easily on flexible armor.

Hi!
Just wanted to say thank you for posting these templates for the public! I have been working on a Clone Wars General Kenobi cosplay and there are no templates for that anywhere so I’ve been making everything up as I go. Until I got to the shin armor, could not figure out how to do that until I found your post! I modified the shin armor a little to have it match Kenobi’s since it’s a little different. Just wanted to show off what I have so far.

Hello all,
Ryzer117 thanks for uploading your cosplay trooper! Love your pictures and YouTube video. I appreciate your explanation videos.

I decided to give this project a shot since I have just gotten into making a foam cosplay the mandalorian outfit for my son's birthday gift.

I figure I can use Odinmakes YouTube video for the foam captain rex helmet to go with this suit. I started with a shin pattern going to attach a picture or two of my progress so far.
Glad I could help! Thanks for sharing pictures too. :D

Looks great! Glad you found it helpful. :)

I have my foam helmet done up. It's not the best looking, but hey it's foam cosplay and I'm totally new to it. I need to paint it up I'm thinking white plastidip spray cans then some acrylic paints for details.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to share the Armor that I made and the foam files that I used to make my armor below. The files were heavily modified from the BSD Rex files that I found online. I would say the armor is 95% screen accurate to the TCW version of the clone trooper, so it is not perfect but it's pretty close. I did not make the Pepakura files for the helmet, just fyi. Feel free to change it however you want. I would love to see a picture if you do make anything from the files. :)

Here's a video I made explaining each piece:
Hey I am wondering if you have the clone trooper helmet saved as a pdf too? because i don't have pepakura. It looks great btw

Update on cod piece of armor. I know Ryzer suggested a different approach to it in his video since his is tight and held on with friction.

I made mine with velcro on a side of the belt hidden by the ammo box on the belt.
Including pictures.

I attached the belt and cod with cement and used a wood burning tip to make the belt grooves and buckle look
