This is what I did. I used foam. And after I realized that I was wearing it wrong, it made since. I'm bigger and have a really big chest so I had to accommodate for that. By far this was the hardest piece.

I started my Predator build. Im pacing myself but looking forward to hitting the mark and to finish for next years Comic Con / Halloween 2017. I used Vinman templates and buying a few pieces as well. Im in the early stages but looking to progress and the months pass by. Feel free to look and give me any pointers please. This is my second build from scratch. Thanks.
