Sadly no I didn't make the head, I ended up buying one as it was taking to long to make one, we did start off trying, using a Styrofoam head and loads of spray foam and latex, but it was proving to heavy for him as he is only 6 years old.

did you mean the templates? i printed them out from the downloads and had to tape them together as they wouldn't go on one page, then i cut them out, the ones i needed smaller i folded in half and cut them all the way around to make them smaller

I cant get the templates to print. Every time I try it prints as "this content cannot be displayed in a frame"

Some of my sheets had to be printed on 2 pieces of paper, I then stuck them together, cut them out and worked from that template. I opened mine up in Microsoft paint, when printing I was given the option to print on one page, you may have to experiment with different software.... Good luck
