Unlimited Run Aluminum vibro axe blade

So did some work, here's some pics of the progress. Pay no attention to the holes in the pieces, it's for welding. I've decided to weld all the pieces together. I made the base of the Yamaha xs1100 piece which will be welded on also. These are unfinished so some pieces may look strange.

So here's today's progress. Good and bad news. The bad news is I noticed the Yamaha xs1100 base piece was too big so they need to be recut, not a big deal. I got 3 of the pieces welded together. They turned out great but the welding was a total pain to do and took about 3 hours per blade. So welding is off the table unless anyone really wants to pay for it. I've decided to use an extremely strong epoxy. Itll look the same as the ones pictured. The biggest problem with the welding was that the blade heated up so much that it caused the sides to start flaring out and curl. They were clamped in time while they were still hot and and were saved. The edge appears to be sharp but it isn't, however the point at the top is a pretty good one. I'll put epoxy on the Yamaha base piece. I got these as accurate as I could. Ill get the circle's recut on monday and attatched.

Here's what I got done today.

I'd love to, its mainly a time issue for me. It really depends on how accurate someone wants it and finding the parts in general is a task. I honestly didn't plan on making this blade but a lot of intrest in an aluminum blade really took on after posting it. Im Hoping this will help some people out with their build. I'll make these as long as I have the resources. I'm making steel gaffi sticks after these. I would do a commissioned prop. I just don't have the time to take on several commissioned props.

I'm glad I asked, because a steel gaffi stick is high up on my wish list. If you do end up doing a run, count me in.
I'd also be in for a not-entirely-accurate-but-close-enough vibro axe, if you ever find the time.

Ok guys the cost of the blades is $350. I'm waiting to get the Yamaha base pieces cut, which I wasn't planning on doing but it would be nice if all you had to do is paint, weather, and add the Yamaha greeblie on. So I'm throwing it in. I want to get the ball rolling on this so I added the screws to the two I did last weekend.
-(There are 25 slots open right now!) Past that ill be putting them on a waiting list.

(What youll be getting)
-The main bade, machine and hand cut with custom screen accurate blade edge and rounded blade bottom.
- the upper blade flathead screw + hole drilled & tapped.
- the two side pieces
- the Yamaha base piece
- all pieces will be sanded and smothed out ready to paint. The pieces will be assembled as one piece. If anyone does not want it assembled they need to let me know.
-Each piece is traced directly from photos of the screen used prop and scaled to size.

(Shipping) varies depending on where they'll be going so ill calculate that as soon as I receive an address from each of you. This will be a pay upfront sort of thing so as soon as I receive payment I'll get your material and start building. A lot of work, and research went into this (thank you Zorg) so I really hope you'll be happy with it. I'll post up photos of the blade with the Yamaha base piece on as soon as I finish it. Once paid please allow a month to finish. I want to make sure I do the best that I can on each blade. Thank you for all your patience I'll be taking names now to hold your slots. Once I get your address I'll let you know how much for shipping.
Emails too please.
Email me with your address. My email is clintonryan4@gmail.com
I'll be on vacation this weekend until Monday so it'll give me time to and peace to focus on this.
