Sadly I knew some of us would end up like this. I chose to do it anyway because:

a) As a person who never used to like Christmas (long story) it gets me in the mood. Overall there is so much goodwill in this thread it's touching.

b) Despite the huge PITA it is to organize and keep on things it's worth it to be able to give something back to the community. I don't have the dedication it takes to volunteer as a mod or facebook staff but this is something I can do to add to the RPF experience for folks.

SO, wife bailed on me tonight (tiring day I suppose :lol) so I'll be sending out some PMs regarding those not marked as received. It's entirely possible that some of them are just staying away from the site due to the recent issues.

Alright folks, so that you don't have to check the list yourself this is what I have in my records as well as details for each case.

Jonny B - Jonny is avoiding the site but gave me his email. I'll ask if he's received.

Wildabeast - Santa has been in communication and is sending soon.

Batmansdog* - batmansdog has not been online since he said he shipped (Dec. 14th). Will send another PM/email. If I can't get a hold of him I will assume he has received.

jedi5150 - Santa has been in touch asking if you have received. I've told him you haven't and am waiting to hear back.

OA, I appreciate all the work and effort you have placed into this project.

Like you said it is with good intentions that we enter such things. And though there were issues, I am was all gung ho to push for a Valentines Day exchange for S's & G's but after the issues we encountered I think for most it would be best to wait for the year to pass and the taste of these minority "bad Santa's" has passed.

And though it was a PITA for you OA I am truly grateful you did do this as it truly pulled me more into the RFP family.

THANKFULLY everything was OK, First up is a Dredd Badge and a Terminator chip AWESOME



second is a Superman belt made of some type of rubber, very cool





Third is a pepped and bondo helmet (not sure what from), can't wait to finish it though!!





and lastly, three child size costumes. Kinda odd but really funny that I can barely fit into one! My roommates are laughing so hard :lol

... and sometimes, sometimes we sign up for something with the best of intentions and then circumstances in our lives spin a little out of control.

At least, this was my experience. Compounded by the fact that I was completely at a loss on what to do/build. Ah well. Next year will go better, if I participate. I've never been as late as I was this year. :/

BTW, to my recipient (You'll know when you get it) - please let me know ASAP when you do, as there is more to it than just the item you are receiving.

Also, I think that some have not come on here to confirm that they have received because of the recent RPF issues. I'm still in the process of tracking some people down.
