I finally have cast up the first full set of parts needed for the Valley Forge close-up window section. Took a lot more resin/molds than I thought. 408 pieces in total.

Now if I offer a very limited run of these, I need someone to cast them up for me. I just don't have the work space for it.

I just came here to post an update.

Finally it's moving again after my moving from Thailand to Austria.
It should make some rapid progress now

OK the main build is done (some pieces and all the piping will be added once I have the base paint on)

Now for a little primer to see how it all looks. (Note to anyone using a sharpie, it seems Tamiya primer doesn't cover it)

A scale reference would help to grasp this. Mind taking a photo with something common like a business card or a lego piece?

Will do when I take the next batch. It's just about 1 metre wide. The parts are 1/48th Bandai Panzer 4s

Is it going to be a straight to blu-ray or will it be digitally restored before transfer? I am hoping it will be restored, it deserves it.

Added/trimmed the piping today.

There's a few spots that I can't see clearly on the reference, but this is my best guess!

Also added a little styrene supports in a couple of places, while I can't see them on the reference, something needs to be there.

Not everything is glued down yet
Most was styrene tube with a wire down the middle so it keeps its shape.
