It looks as clean and accurate as I have ever seen.

This thread actually made me go and take out a resin casting that
I have of the saber. The casting I have was given to me by a friend that
worked on some of the props used in the film. Supposedly the casting is
out of the same mold that the stunt sabers were pulled from.
So if thats true about the only difference between that and yours is the
step off from the bass of your brass LED . Yours looks to be about an 1/8
of an inch off the barrel where the copy I have is barely a sixteenth. That and the top of the emitter posts of yours is straight edged and the copy I have has curved top edges. So seems like you scaled everything very very well.
Still the best saber design since the Luke ESB saber.
Nice job fitting the system inside without having to change
the saber. You could teach MR a thing or two about not
woosing out and screwing up the emitter post diameter.

i got a resin casting off ebay a few months back and it turned out really nice... but i would love to have one with some heft to it...

Uh...well. This thread is about a run of sabers Zenkai did with Acerocket from Orbital Machining based off some very accurate CAD drawings. This run had electronics, LED, etc. This run happened a while ago and has been sold out for a long time.
There is a more current run done by Anakin Starkiller and Acerocket based off Z's CAD drawings but also on measurements taken from a resin stunt and some very high res photos of the hero. That run just filled up.

My favorite design. I only have a Ultra sabers which is close enough for me but this is a thing of beauty. After looking at your pics I think Ultra might have snatched some of your design ideas such as the accent holes. I'm no smith but they are the only others I've seen do that.
