ROTJ Vader MoM / DV6 Latch Comparison

Firstly I am NO expert so please take these measurements as a guide with +/- margin.

The comparison is in /mm between left to right;

Latch received from kurtyboy

Latch removed from my S92 Case

Latch removed from my Police MOD S92 Case

There are differences between all of them in construction and size & shape of components.

It is an MK2. An MK1 was used, the only difference is the sloped shoulder. I have one of these too in the Junkyard, I had it on my saber and it still looks incredible. Being an original 1916 item, I still enjoyed it, considering how close it is.

I ended up in a position for the MK1 and thats the only reason I decided to swap it out.

Wait, I left out a detail. Some MK2s have a windvane ring, and others do not. They did without that while upgrading the grenade design I think. Mine has one!

Man, I've never seen one! & you're picking them up like they're laying about the place.
Congrats (y)

Thanks buddy, last year I missed out on the 6 or 7 I seen so I decided that I would get serious about hunting & adding MPP Microflash to my collection, I have to say it's not a cheap path to go down, but it's pretty awesome to have them displayed, I will just have to live on 2 minute noodles for the rest of the year lol!!
