I’m calling it now: This chapter and show will be more satisfying than Episode 9.
I got tickets to see Episode 9 Thursday at 6 PM Central. Taking all my kids.

So good. So good. The antagonist at the end. Perfect. They just nail the right heavy character actors. Jon Favreau wrote this one and it shows. Thanks to you guys I was watching props. I now want the holocomm briefcase and to couple it with one of those led fan video displays. My wife is very mad about the spoiler at the end.

This actually isn't the first time we've seen that toy come to life, they've used it a bunch of times on Rebels. However, it is the first time that we've seen it in a live action production though. All in all, it's pretty cool to see that toy make it into official canon. I hope that they take some of the other toys from that same time period and bring them to the small screen, or even the silver screen.

Can't say yet. This is too good an episode to ruin. This one has many spoilers. Its meaty. I did have to explain to the wife that it's been about 39 years since the force was more commonplace, but even then, the galaxy was so big, there were probably people on corusucant who never saw it.

. Even the original 4-6 were 7/10 or 8/10 movies at best. It was just the perfect time for them, combined with the mind blowing special effects for the day.I would simply assume he means
that the kid was captured, and kuill was dead. Calling it a spoiler because coming right it and saying it in the thread would be a spoiler. Just didn't want to use spoiler tags I imagine.

SO... if EFX scout trooper helmets were now used in official SW related media/TV series, that means that these scout helmets, and therefore the huge GAP, are now CANON, correct?!

I am easily more excited to see Chapter 8 of the Mandalorian than Episode 9 of the ST.

This was what was missing the last few episodes. This is the way this entire season should have been. Maybe that was just due to the revolving door of directors though.
I still don't understand why he let those jerks live in the last episode other than "This is Disney"
Also why did the X-wings just open up with no warnings last episode, it was kinda weird, even if the fighter was being launched

WOW. That's gotta be the best chapter yet. Cannot wait to see what other Star Wars things Deborah Chow works on because both episodes she's directed have been my favorites.
So much happened in just 40 minutes! Really glad it ties everything together from this season, even Chapters 5 & 6, which were obviously filler. Makes them feel less disconnected. Poor Kuill It's going to be a loooong wait until Ch. 10...very curious to see how the gang gets out of this pretty serious bind (the fact that we can now say"the gang" makes me very happy!). I have a feeling a particular group of Mandalorians are going to play some part in it...

Ha, you're right. Not sure why I said Ch. 10...I guess my subconscious was trying to convince me that there were 10 chapters because this show is just too damn awesome and I want more
