It has nothing to do with the availability of his secret pictures. It's the whole "I know something you don't know" and "trust me" crap. I don't buy it. It's insulting and egotistical. It's *unnecessary*. I believe what I can see, i.e. behind the scenes shots IN print and screen caps.
Yeah, I wanna enjoy this hobby too. But it's hard to do with the way some people carry on in this forum.

Listen Bro, First of all you don't know Rick so back the eff off of him. Instead of being a ******* about the situation maybe if you need something just ask. You have no clue how many time/people hes helped with supernatural stuff. Just because he doesn't post every picture his friends have asked him not to post doesn't mean he wouldn't share them with you privately to help you with your project. SO before you go and berate him on a forum maybe you should act like an adult and not a ten year old and just talk to him about your problems with him????
Some of us got your back Rick we understand. He has helped me with about 20 different things from the impala and the weapons cache to make sure I get the right thing. I appreciate it and I have no issue with him not posting the good pics online I respect the fact that he respects his friends.

Rick has always been helpful, and in no way elitist. He has always had time to chat about your project and help out where he can. I understand what you are saying, but I don't see that in Rick. He's pretty upfront and legit in my experience. It's also "unnecessary" to make this a pissing match instead of a discussion. You have your opinion. You're allowed. Other people have theirs. They are also allowed. If theres a disagreement, ****ing agree to disagree instead of sneaking in barbs. Just saying.

as someone who doesn't know anyone.. can i nudge everyone back towards prop talk and away from personal attacks and curse words? not that i have anything against swearing. i just tend to be kinda all about love and peace and $h*t like that
and as a nooby it's a tiny bit discouraging to find stuff like this happening. of course, i've barely gotten my toes in the water.. so who the hell am i to chime in, right? *big happy smiles??

yup. with that said.. i just got my Men of Letters- Aquarian Star tiepin - made by doctony. i love it. it's only my second Supernatural prop but I figure.. I've gotta start somewhere

I pick it up at micheals when i get a chance its hard to come bye i think its called bead landing 3mm but they only ever get like one in at a time its crazy :unsure

Sounds like someones a little butthurt. I'm really surprised anyone has this big of a beef with Rick, I've been speaking with Rick for something like a year now and he's always been nothing but helpful. He's always done his best to answer any of my questions, I've never seen even the slightest hint of him looking down on people because he knows information we don't. Hell take a look around this forum, he's done more to help us fans with information than anyone else that I can see.
But maybe you'd be happier if Rick caved in and posted these pictures online for YOU, and then his buddies on the show get in ****, then they get fired, then Rick has no one on the inside, then he gets no new information, meaning WE get no new information, and we all lose. But at least you get to look at a couple pretty pictures right? lol

Listen "****face" you opened up commentary on what people thought about Rick by posting about it. When you comment, you are inviting other people to debate. Thats what I was doing. A friendly debate. Now if you want to be condesending and think you're the only person who can post ****, and that your opinion is the only one that matters then start a whiny blog or something.
