Would you consider selling full set including clamp, lever, and card?
For me (I am from Europe) every additional (separate) purchase from US constitutes additional cost of 30USD S&H.
That would be helpfull.

The clampcard has a postage fee of just 3-5 dollar and lever comes from netherlands in europe.

So it is only the clamp.
