The stand for the Star Trek Into Darkness comes with the phaser (which was part of the special edition DVD). The stand for the Nemesis phaser is a plastic shoe stand from ebay. The tricorder stand is a phone stand.

The Nemesis phaser and tricorders were kits I made - the kits are by Stapleton, electronics by GMProps.
