I got them from an autograph and memorabilia dealer around 2017 or 2018. If I remember correctly, he had obtained a full original box of the cards directly from the Roddenberry family over 20 years ago. I already had one of the limited edition numbered original business cards from the 2011 Rittenhouse Archives TNG set, and I was able to use it to compare and verify that the cards were authentic.
