Absolutely stunning - I really like the balance in the design, actually would prefer this in the sequel trilogy than Rey's new one for example lol

I dig the look, but it feels more like it fits in the original trilogy aesthetic than ancient sith to me. But very well done!

Very cool! How did you achieve that speckle-textured paint look?

2 types of stone texture spray (heavy and fine) followed by flat black spray. After that, graphite rubbed all over the surface to grab the high points and then sealed with clear matte spray. It's the same technique I used on my replica of Rey's staff, only without the weathering.

Nice! I like it! I'm glad to see people experimenting with new ideas and not slapping something together that's just parts of OT sabers mixed up!

BTW that's not aimed at anyone in here, just people making "custom" lightsabers in general that aren't really that custom.

The knurled emitter is part of a spray head of some sort.
I found it laying on the ground near a dumpster one day when I was out for a walk.

Is that control box a clip from a Canon slave mounted on a couple styrene rails? I have a couple of those Canon slave clips but wasn't sure how to use them.

You got the Canon part right. The side pieces are more of the abs t sanded to shape.

Continuing my next “Stealth Saber” build. I discovered that the Disney Galaxy’s Edge soda bottle cap pressure fits nicely on the Graflite tube.

Seen here next to the bottle and the current pommel I intended to use but am now rethinking. It would need black paint and a clip but I’m liking it more and more.
