Looks a lot like mine! And I like that

Thank you! I was thinking some kind of dark grey brushed metal for the lightsaber body and emitter; rubber black grips, brass pop rivits for holding those two thin panels on the side, a plastic or rubber switch; and for the dark grey areas in between sections of the body im thinking some kind of plastic with sculpted wires and circuitry that shows off the inner workings. Sort of like sections of Kylo's saber. I tried to draw it on paint but it just looked like random lines in 2D.That’s a cool design. Do you have ideas of what material you’d want to make it out of? If you are able to 3D model it, you could get it printed, or you could try to use found materials to construct it. That’s always a fun way to start.
I didn't know that they took orders for custom hilts. I'll hit them up. Thanks for the tip! With the exception of the ball type choke, I feel you could get VERY close with the custom saber shop MHS parts.
They might be able to machine a round choke like that if you ask them?
It would be a good base to start with and you could use sleeve material to make the rest of the attachments you want.
Fair point. I might have to explore other options. They will customize their 'parts'....
I'm not sure if they will take on full 'custom hilts'...
I asked them that a couple years ago. And they said they would. It wouldn't hurt shooting them an email. They will customize their 'parts'....

Thank you!I really like that nice and simple crystal chamber section! I'm usually not a huge fan of the insanely ornate ones but this looks like something I could build myself.
Very nice!
Are your chassis discs 3d printed? What is thier OD?
