Great work ! Personally i'm not a fan of the new design of Robocop, I prefer the former so that one. ^^
Any time I try to scale the files then save and print them in Pepkura Designer it asks me for a key. What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks! I've been trying to get the new suit to grow on me, but with no success.
Amazing..... this world is still too big to me...
Your work makes mine look like a kid stuff.
All the best,
katsu
Thanks Katsu! I'm eagerly following your newest scratchbuildopcorn
You're killing me.... Between seeing suits like this and following JFCustom's work on BlackKaos' awesome model, makes me want to get back into Robocop building.... Nice work! :thumbsup
ohh man...it is so nice armor.... I have hope that You will put here some moves with this armor, maybe how you are moving in it.
nice video but you are little bit to much rigid. maybe you can use for abs some more elastic that eva foam. I use somethink what have name in Poland MIKROGUMA. It mix of eva foam and rubber and it's black

Your hard work in doing all the modeling and attention to detail is amazing. I'm currently a couple weeks into my build due to having to work through a few helmet scales. But after finding the right scale I've started the rest of the suit.
I have a 22 inch diameter head and found that a scale of 10.5 worked really well with it. Being that I'm 6'2", I hope that might help with some references for any planning to build this in the future for someone of similar size to me.
I also just skipped the whole back of the helmet assembly all together and put a flat piece of paper across the back and will do final details when I get to the bondo stage and etch in the fine lines then.
If I may, perhaps you might want to factor in some braces for your pieces. I've noticed some definite pull on the helmet to the inside so I'll just do what I was planning and just craft some on the go.
But the files are great and I'll do my best to post updates on my build if you want.

Definitely keep me posted! 10 1/2 was the scale I believe I went with as well; I found it was a lot harder to scale this properly than an IM helmet, that jaw can get squirrely pretty easily.
And you're completely right about bracing;:facepalm This was the first 3d model I think I'd ever designed specifically for Pepakura, yet I didn't even think to add pep reinforcements.... I'll see what I can do.
