Sorry that some of these are slightly out of focus, didn't realize it until after I uploaded them.
Ok so I'm just about finished with the chest piece now. Only some of the minor details left. I need to connect the piece at the front. (I left it open down the mid chest seam in order to put it on for now for sizing. I just hope my super extra large (read fat ass) frame will fit with the torso and all. I took it up to 495 and I fear that any higher then it will be too big for me. Right now you can see it goes from my outer shoulder to outer shoulder which is what I was trying for.
On the third to last pic, on the pectoral piece, you can see there is an open spot right above the far left spike. There were no tabs on the pep file for these areas, (They ARE highlighted as a red line on the pep file itself). There is also something similar on the bigger shoulder blocks that are right in between the shoulder rings. But it's still no worry, I just cut some scrap pieces and just did a quick fold and glued it. I also had to cut the arm holes a bit bigger, and I also took a pic of the back of the helmet and you can see how I just bypassed all the small details for now. The grid/vent work on the pec piece is another area I'm going to have to touch up in the bondo stage. The pieces were pretty small so I had to do the best I could in putting it together. In the pep file it has it slightly raised from the chest, but in the following pic it shows it it more flush with the rest of the chest.

The neck wrap works great when scaled with the chest piece and connects just fine. I can't wait to harden it all so it all fits together. I'll probably make a small lip on the chest neckline for the neck wrap to rest on and keep in place by magnets.
But please, don't take any offense to any criticism. I still LOVE all the files and appreciate the hard work it took to complete them. I'm just trying to point out any slow downs or areas I found troubling or drew more attention than another area.
