I'm glad they're making it in 1/24 scale. I wonder if Revell will continue this with other models of the SW line?

Overall it looks like a good starting point. Proportions are right. The details are very simplified and a little soft in places, especially the inner engines. The hull also looks a little thick. It'll be a solid base for upgrades and accurizing.
Also nice that it probably won't be terribly hard to convert back into a standard N-1 at 1/24.

That would be pretty sweet, one can only hope! Between this and the new larger TIE from Round 2 I hope that both of them continue to make larger kits.

Probably a very good idea. Revell has really stepped up their game on quality and accuracy, so fighting for the customer's dollar on the same model wouldn't be wise. The biggest complaint on the Revell RC was the surface texture. The biggest complaint with the R2 RC was that it didn't have the interior that Revell did.
With the announcement of the Tie Bomber, it shows good judgement. Hopefully this will mean that other SW Trilogy models that have little exposure will get considered. Considering the Sandcrawler appeared in The Mandalorian, it would be a good choice. Myself, I'd rather have it in a larger scale rather than something that can fit on the palm of your hand, but there will always be that argument. Mind you, I wouldn't scoff at another Y or B-wing in a larger scale, along with a proper proportioned Tydirium.

I would like to see Revell next tackle Bo Katan's Kom'rk-class fighter/transport, the Gauntlet. Of the ships of the Mandoverse, it's among the coolest. It would make a great kit.

It says that it has an extra seat for Grogu so I'm hoping that you do get the option.

Also happy to see those figures appear to be proper plastic that need to be glued rather than those rubbery style figures they have used in the past. Makes it easier to repaint and modify poses if desired
Now I know what ship I want for my Jedi character, Rom Sarpedion.
