I actually would prefer having to take the thing apart with a screwdriver in order to swap the battery out.
...Then again, I'm a little weird.
Also, I would prefer sound, but don't want to compromise accuracy for the sake of it. Worst comes to worst, I'll just make the noises with my mouth.
Kenny, once again, thanks for taking on the huge task of making these things...and publicly admitting it. Dealing with us has got to be 10x's tougher than replicating a sonic. :lol

I hope Andy approves a few macro shots, because as a detail-oriented nerd (AKA perfectionist) studying the intricacies of something I'm used to only seeing at a distance is fascinating to me.
I'll be following this thread closely.
Additionally, if you need someone to carve cracks into the 10th sonic, I work cheap...All I ask is for one of each of the sonics, a Snuggie, and your first born.
